 Download for Rookies   I've never downloaded. What do I do?

Fear not! It's easy! 
 Download Process - What happens?   The download process is very simple. Select the title you'd like to listen to. After checking out, you'll see a button labeled DOWNLOAD. Press it! 
 Lost Connection - What now?   Each download purchase entitles you to four attempts and 30 days. If you experience a lost connection, return to the My Account area, and simply start a new download. 
 Big Beefy Files - Why so chunky?   Important point - many download sites - those that market audio books - will provide you with a mono file, and it will be highly compressed. EarFLIX files are stereo and at the optimal compression setting for quality sound. 
 Download Time -What can I expect?   As they say, you're mileage may vary, but with a typical broadband internet connection, we estimate you'll be able to download one of our longest audio movies in about the same time it takes to download a major software upgrade. 
 Downloading? - Why not CDs?   Downloading is a quick way to get Audio Movies to you, and and once you have them via download, there's more you can do with them.
